My Roof Request helps homeowners and property decision-makers submit roofing requests and request contact from roofing professionals serving their area.
Information we collect
When you submit a roofing request, we may collect information including:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your postal code and general service area;
- the type of roofing work or problem you describe;
- the urgency of your request;
- whether you own or manage the property;
- your consent to be contacted about the roofing request; and
- technical and attribution information used for security, fraud prevention and service measurement, such as browser information, referring or landing page information, campaign parameters and an IP-derived security identifier.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- receive and process your roofing request;
- determine whether the request is within an available service area;
- identify a roofing professional who may be able to respond;
- allow that roofing professional to contact you about your request;
- detect duplicate, fraudulent or abusive submissions;
- operate, measure and improve My Roof Request; and
- maintain records relating to consent, request processing and service administration.
Who we may share your information with
If your request is eligible for referral, we may share the information you submitted with a selected roofing professional or roofing business serving your area so they can contact you about your roofing requirement.
We may also use service providers that help us operate our website, hosting, email, security or technical infrastructure. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users or legal rights.
Contact from roofing professionals
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you request contact about your roofing enquiry and consent to the information you provide being used and shared for that purpose. A selected roofing professional may contact you using the phone number or email address you provided.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a roofing professional will contact you, accept the work, provide an estimate, or enter into a contract with you.
My Roof Request is not the roofing contractor
My Roof Request operates a roofing request and referral service. We do not perform roofing work, determine contractor pricing, provide roofing estimates, or control the availability, licensing, insurance, workmanship or conduct of independent roofing professionals.
Any estimate, inspection, agreement or roofing work is arranged directly between you and the roofing professional.
Consent records
We may retain a record of the consent provided with your request, including the date and version of the consent wording, so that we can demonstrate how the request was submitted and authorized.
Withdrawal and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about your personal information, request a correction, or withdraw consent for future use or disclosure where applicable.
If your request has already been shared with a roofing professional before we receive your withdrawal request, we cannot reverse that completed disclosure, but we will take reasonable steps regarding future processing under our control.

Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, fraud-prevention, consent-record and legal requirements.
