These Terms of Use apply when you use My Roof Request or submit a roofing request through this website.

About My Roof Request

My Roof Request provides a roofing request and referral service. We help users submit information about roofing work they may require and may share an eligible request with a selected roofing professional serving the user’s area.

My Roof Request is not the roofing contractor and does not itself perform roofing inspections, repairs, replacements or other roofing work.

Your roofing request

When submitting a request, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to provide contact information that you are authorized to use.

You should submit a request only where you own, manage or otherwise have appropriate authority in relation to the property or roofing enquiry.

Permission to contact you

When you check the consent box and submit your request, you authorize My Roof Request to process the information you provide and, where appropriate, share it with a selected roofing professional serving your area so they may contact you about the request.

No guarantee of matching or contact

Submitting a roofing request does not guarantee that a roofing professional will be available, contact you, accept the work, provide an inspection or estimate, or enter into an agreement with you.

Independent roofing professionals

Roofing professionals receiving requests through My Roof Request operate independently from My Roof Request.

You are responsible for deciding whether a roofing professional is suitable for your needs and for verifying matters important to you, which may include qualifications, licensing, insurance, experience, references, pricing and the terms of any proposed work.

Any estimate, contract, payment arrangement, warranty or roofing work is solely between you and the roofing professional.

Pricing and estimates

My Roof Request does not set or guarantee roofing prices. Any quotation or estimate is provided by the roofing professional and may depend on inspection, materials, labour, property condition and other circumstances.

Website availability

We aim to keep My Roof Request available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every request will successfully result in contact from a roofing professional.

Misuse

You must not use the website to submit knowingly false, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized requests, interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.

Privacy

Your use of My Roof Request is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service develops. The current version will be posted on this page.
